Hi, I'm Pedro Morales-Llanos, founder and principal consultant at Strategic Rise Advisory Group. I help organizations improve the way they lead, operate, and adapt to change. Over the course of my career, I've worked in leadership and program management roles across the federal government, including the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Justice. Those experiences taught me the value of strategic thinking, collaboration, and finding practical solutions to complex challenges.

I was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in a military family, which gave me the opportunity to live in Germany, Italy, and other parts of Europe before my family settled in Columbia, South Carolina. Those experiences shaped my curiosity about people, cultures, and how organizations work. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina before completing both an MBA and a master's degree in Health Services Management from Webster University.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading about history and culture, traveling, exploring local coffee shops, and listening to podcasts. Giving back to my community is also important to me, and I'm proud to volunteer with organizations like Harvest Hope Food Bank and Big Brothers Big Sisters. I believe the best leaders never stop learning, and I enjoy sharing ideas that help people and organizations continue to grow.
