Peers Leading Peers

Hey!! Our names are Kristen Chin and Patrick Wiggers and we're both Fulbright-Hays Scholars currently working in China. We started this because we both love having nerdy leadership talks during our lunch breaks. As we talked about leadership more and more, we realized how TOUGH peer leadership is and how we wished we could share our groupwork experiences with others to ask for help and compare experiences. We want our blog to be a conversation starter, an information source, and a platform for young, aspiring leaders like ourselves and we hope that by doing so, we'll not only have one hell of a time, but also help ourselves and others become better leaders in the process.
