Arizona Golf Resort, 425 S. Power Road, Mesa, AZ

I ventured into a golf career when my husband and I moved from the Midwest to Arizona in 1994. I was a flight attendant on a furlough when I started working for Mac McCarley at Cottonwood Golf Course in Sun Lakes. One thing led to another and I had my LPGA Class A certification in 2002. I did not grow up in a golfing family, so I was learning at age 40.

I volunteered and took as many classes as I could to build my base of knowledge. I helped Debbie Cruz with her Gila River Program in 1999. I have volunteered with Kathy Knadler in the LPGA Girls Golf Club Program. I experienced tournament play with the Players West Golf Tour in 1999 and 2000. I taught with John Jacobs Golf Schools for 5 years. I have worked with juniors and I love teaching the Ambassador Program at Arizona Golf Resort and hope I can continue to encourage golfers to enjoy the game of golf.

My goals are to fulfill my student’s goals. You are the center of the golf lessons.
I want to develop the individual assets of each golfer to create quality skills.
I cater each lesson to enrich and expand my student’s enjoyment of the game of golf.
I have been a member of the LPGA since 1997 and a Class A Member since 2002.
I have 15 years experience teaching all levels of golfers (5 years with John Jacobs Golf Schools).
Each golfer is unique from the beginner to the advanced, from juniors to experienced life learners.
