Other initiatives include training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Retraining, and specialist certifications from the Virginia Satir Network, Harvard Training Institute, and the Adlerian Training Institute. I am a yearly attendant at European Council of International Schools (ECIS) and the Council for International Schools (CIS) conferences, and am currently Chair of the ECIS Guidance & Counseling Committee.
Recent publications, co-authored with ACS President Stefanos Gialamas, include Providing exceptional educational experiences... and An International Perspective of Academic Leadership. I am the author of two books, Change in the Journey of Life (in Greek: Οι Αλλαγές στο Ταξίδι της Ζωής) and I Exist, I Change (in Greek: Υπάρχω Αλλάζω) and a co-author of Adlerian Group Counseling and Therapy: Step-by-Step.
My personally developed 5-Stage 'Process of Change' Model helps individuals develop the skills needed to cope with the full range of changes that we are faced with in our daily lives. The Model has offered and continues to offer people the world over solace in the knowledge that there is a healthy way of working through change and turning adversity into triumph.
