@ 64 years old, she has travelled all over the U.S. and multiple different countries including: Canary Islands, Tobago, Venzuaela, Bahamas, Trinidad and others. Graduated from Vermont college/Norwich University in 1977, prior to that she graduated from Fanny Allen Hospital in Winooski, Vermont as an L.P.N. She attended post graduate courses @ Baylor Univ. in Dallas,Texas. She was Nationally certified in Substance abuse for 23 years and then changed her career and began working with the dying in N.H. and Mass. and became nationally certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. In 1988 she started her company Gotcha Covered Canvas with an old industrial sewing machine and a retired marine upholstery worker who taught her how to sew. She became well know in her little boat business and could not keep up with the many customers all around Silver and Ossippee Lakes. She did this along with her 40 + hr. Hospice job. Her son Kristoff was always the high light of her life, as well as being proud of him she also loved her nephews Casey,Ryan, Gus Pierce and nephew Louis Kircher. Katie Pierce, her niece was very special, she was very involved with her, 4H and her horses. Her Grandchildren came along and there was much love to spread around Callie, Mae, Thatcher and Sunny. She retired in 2012 and began her life anew with family.
