ABOUT ME: I've spent over 25 years in digital media including AOL, Netflix, and AddThis (now part of Oracle). My experience and passion has always been around creating growth - in revenue, users, customers and employee's via sales, business development, operations, and marketing. I did all of this while raising two kids as a single mom.

I've been advising female founders for years, and now i am President of an amazing beauty brand Sara Happ Inc.

My daughters, and sons are all pursuing their futures which includes careers, personal relationships, and service. I love supporting them, guiding them and being a cheerleader for their future.

As I've said to my children since they were young. 1. Make sure you always have options and 2. Find your passion and pursue it with all your heart. Now I would add: 3. Understand that it is not all about work. Your health, your emotional and mental balance must come first.

I did # 1 and #2. It took me years to understand #3.
