My name is Ms Karabo Peggy Mandiwana and I am a recently qualified English and CAT teacher fromthe University of Johannesburg , and I am now in the process of completing my Honours in ICT Education. I am a high school English and Computer teacher, but I am able to teach primary school as well. My degree includes a qualification as an ICT Support School Specialist, which is exciting as I have a great interest in evolving teaching and learning and including ICTs in education. In my free time, I enjoy playing hockey, netball, and involving myself in politics. I am not much of a politician but I have a great interest in politics,I was a Branch Executive Member for the ANCYL SOMAFCO Branch at the University of Johannesburg, in this organisation I hd the Academic officer position. I also held a position in the Student Representative Council (UJ APK SRC) as a Social and Welfare officer at campus level for 2015. I enjoy being involved in outreach programs and community service during my spare time. My love for being a responsible citizen in my community drives my passion for teaching. I like to involve myself in anything I possibly can because I do not know what I may still fall in love with in my growth as an educator, a speaker, a politician and a community engager.
