While employed at JPMorgan Chase Bank, Peggy was approached by an Executive VP to mentor three (3) high school senior students for the Inaugural JPMorgan Chase Academy. Little did she know at the time how this would affect her career. Through the process of mentoring & coaching the students for their next step of future choices of career & personal goals, this inspired Peggy to take a fresh look at her goals. That Fall, she enrolled at Indiana Institute of Technology - INDIANA TECH, and continued her college education goal to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Human Resources Management. She was a chosen Scholarship Award recipient from IndySHRM, and went onto graduate with Cum Laude Honors. As an experienced Human Resources Professional, Peggy provides hands-on process improvements that will make your organization more strategic, assists with talent acquisition programs, proactively provides counsel and coaching to managers with progressive discipline in performance management matters, provides intuitive investigations with employees, acts as company brand ambassador, and provides excellent customer service to those she serves.
