Peiman Ghasemi (Gerald Mann)

Author, Finance, and Politics in Iran

Peiman is a U.S. veteran, and a cooperator with the White House, and a humanitarian cooperator with the IFRC. He was one of the Iranian refugees in Turkey who had a disastrous situation and was deported to Iran. Currently, he is prevented leaving Iran by the government (the reason that it's mentioned here is not to condemn the government for it, but to encourage the United States to act). He studied digital graphic design, then he joined the Iranian Red Crescent Society as a beginner medic for a limited time. He went to university to receive a degree in mathematical sciences, but left the university after a year. He was praised by Barack Obama in 2014, but they refused to help him to become an American resident, and he never achieved his true right of being a U.S. citizen. He is also known as Gerald Mann. He holds several certificates of participation, majoring political science and business communications, from the Harvard University and the University of British Columbia.
