Philipp has over 11 years experience in digital and CRM, gained both client and agency side of the business.

He started his career at rmg:connect where he was a management consultant for highly successful CRM/CCP-programs.

At LLP Dialog, a subsidiary of SNT AG, he designed the launch of a huge international stock company for the german market. As specialist for extensive digital based CRM programs he was also responsible for the loyalty communication of different industries.

At Paul Parey, a special interest publisher, he gained his experience at the client side. With redesign of the Infrastructure, introduction of analytical models and involvement of online channels he was able to expand the market leadership of all responsible magazines.

Actually Philipp works for DraftFCB Munich as Director of CRM. He reports directly to the company president Stephan Horvath.

He knows that there is more than one way to reach goals. The difference is to use the profitable one and to pursue the goal incessantly.
