After 19 years in high tech marketing, business management, UX, and development @ Nokia we founded a design company for better work life.

We published a book 'Work Book' to share the learnings of working with Finnish companies to redesign the work week.

The business of 925 Design was acquired by Hints Performance, a company created by F1 doctor Aki Hintsa. We believe that high performance is a consequence of holistic wellbeing. At Hintsa I work as an executive mentor and business development director. One of my focus areas is leading wellbeing in organisations - how to create a solid connection between wellbeing and organisation's results.

I also give regular keynotes of the future of work, leadership, innovation, and creativity.

I advise several tech start-up companies in funding and internationalization.

Through my own company Katme Consulting I help companies in their strategy execution, marketing, product management, and internationalization. I also coach executives for high performance.
