Pembroke's practice is focused primarily on the representation of commercial banks in the area of residential and commercial real estate and mortgages, for private clients in property finance, sales and purchases and in advising on and applying for all governmental and requisite approvals.

Pembroke’s recent engagements include: Advising the developer of a large subdivision where government utilities interfered with the sale of residential lots, Refinancing residential loans for numerous clients, Restructuring loans for clients who were unable to meet monthly mortgage payments to prevent payment defaults, and Researching and resolving complex generational title issues, that would have impaired the ability of the vendor to offer lots with clear title, for a large residential development.

Pembroke practices in the areas of Banking & Finance, and Property & Development. He studied at the College of the Bahamas, Nassau, Bahamas and passed the Bahamas Bar in 1991. He is a member of the Bahamas Bar Association.

Some of his significant accomplishments include: advising real estate developers on business development strategies and banking matters and obtaining governmental approvals and licenses required for the development of residential subdivisions.
