Hello, I’m Penelope. I’m a Creative Producer & Host of *The Eatable Story*, a curated organic food experience for families traveling with children. I live in Fourways, South Africa with my husband and our two daughters, L'Oreal (6) and Euro (2).

I am a fan of creative entrepreneurship, writing, and sustainable food. I’m also interested in cooking and design. My food experience is hosted every Wednesday, to Sunday all year round.

*The Eatable Story* was created to bring children closer to the authentic source of food, explore organic gardening, eat seasonally, tell visual food stories indigenous to African culture, re-ignite the ritual of the dinner table and make delicious memories.
