Provide technical services for Engineers, Manufacturers, Contractors, Code Officials, and Consumers for plumbing and mechanical systems associated with codes, standards, design, installation, and product use.

Voting member on NFPA's (National Fire Prevention Agency) ASC Z223 National Fuel Gas Code committee. The ASC Z223 committee develops and publishes ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Z223.1, National Fuel Gas Code. The Code is developed jointly with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 54 Committee and is known as NFPA 54.

Voting member on IAPMO's (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) Plumbing and Mechanical Technical Committees. The Technical Committees develops and publishes the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC).

Work with Metropolitan Water District of Southern California as an expert witness on copper installations. My responsibilities include reviewing copper pipe and tubing installations and failures.
