Penny Scambler Edmonds

I am an experienced recruiter & executive coach. I ended my Executive Search career to start a family in 2001 and in 2003 I was asked to develop a Niche Recruitment Practice alongside a growing Digital Marketing & Social Engagement practice. In 2016 I joined the board of an innovative house builder in the retirement sector as Sales and Marketing Director.

I am currently leading Transformation for Bromford Housing Association - New Homes Division along side my coaching practice Nestor Sage.

In 2022 I became a member of the all party parliamentary group for Women in Enterprise in Westminster - Where we work across the house to find opportunities for female entrepreneurs.
