Penny Davis-Hastings

Colorado, United States

I have a solid history of producing results within a limited time-frame. I have built and successfully managed staffs from 5 to 30 participants; I communicate effectively with employees, members of leadership, and clients on a regular basis.

In addition, I successfully launched a new customer service account by providing curriculum and building a knowledge base from the ground up. I am also a Supervisor Readiness graduate through Center Partner's Leadership Effect program, an alumni of the Chancellor's Leadership and El Pomar Scholar programs through UCCS and was the editor-in-chief of the undergraduate literary magazine "The A" at Colorado State University. All of these achievements are critical to supervisor positions that are tasked with employee, company and client development each day.

I approach work tasks with an unassailable commitment to quality as well as a creative use of critical thinking to mold workable solutions. I welcome change with the anticipation of making a positive difference in a new way.

My additional interests include: camping, reading, playing videogames, crocheting (amigurumi style), pilates, and enjoying time in the sun with my husband of five years, our two black cats and our one pup named Cosmo.
