I founded Change Chemistry to begin a revolution in coaching, to be a catalyst for real change and growth. I believe what matters is not learning techniques to appear better at what you do: but unlearning - to be better at being you. Be yourself, not a role. Show up to be present, connected, to lead and to participate. The professional world is relentlessly demanding. It's all too easy to become the role, to become caught up in the story. Business will only get better if each and everyone of us feels the best they can be, and is contributing to writing that story. Conventional coaching methods just won't put that pen in your hand.
