Penny Knutson

Great thinking requires hard work and I’m not one to shun away from a little dirt. I work to make significant gains and encourage teams to think and act intellectually. My platform is innovation and while I study performance and measure players, I love to think strategically and to be part of radical innovation and risk.

My core concepts include love, friendship, family, integrity, words, and competition. I think careless thinking is expensive and excellence in thought must be methodically cultivated.
