We are Pentagon Plastics, a plastic injection moulding business based in Horsham, West Sussex. We manufacture bespoke thermoplastic products to customers across many industries.

Founded in 1972 the company has grown vastly and now owns the freehold on its 13,500 sq fit site.

Offering design assistance, rapid prototyping, toolmaking and injection mounlding services. We pride ourselves on providing a repeatable and traceable service.

Tool making - an essential element that supports the injection moulding services. Material and design can determine the overall success of a product in relation to both cost and function.

Rapid prototyping - our solutions we offer are complemented by our extensive plastic injection moulding services, producing fully working parts from modular insert systems or basic mould tools.
