Quirky with a twang of eccentric. I sometimes miss hamburgers.
The time I spent in my junior college seemed like the longest period of my life. I trudged to Physics and Further Mathematics classes, knowing they had nothing to do with what I really wanted to do with my life.
The smell, sights and sounds of the Culinary world beckoned me intimately. Switched gear with new set of tools in my Ben Sherman, I’ve gone intensive. I know I have the ambition and drive to move on. A fan of Jamie Oliver. I own several of his books, and especially like his improvisation skills and the way he cooks fusion food. More importantly, he showed me that being a chef is a viable career. February 2013 marks another defining moment in my culinary journey.
Enjoy great friendship, food with desserts, books, movies, music, Starbucks, travels -- freshly-laundered bedsheets. Mystery.
