I have worked on numerous CEO and other senior management positions during my career. I´m specialised in change management, especially changing company’s mindset from product orientation to client relationships and customer care. I have extensive experience in the strategic development of corporate security, physical and information security, integration, and security markets. I work also as an executive business coach as well as help selected start-ups with pro bono basis. I'm a keen bow hunter, golfer and downhill skier, and love to cook delicious meals for my family and friends.
