Rachel Pepe

My name is Rachel Pepe and I am currently a junior studying Hospitality & Tourism Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I currently live in Amherst, MA but I grew up in Long Hill, NJ. I would say one of my passions is food. I love to cook and learn about different culture cuisines. I love to travel and I am studying abroad in Florence, Italy next semester. I am hoping to learn about Italian cooking and expand my knowledge on food and wine pairings. I am very interested in learning about how to prepare fine dining foods.

In the future I aspire to become a food & beverage manager in a hotel restaurant, hopefully in the Boston area.
