Hey! I'm Shaquaya - a SoCal transplant who's made myself at home in Atlanta. I'm a Starbucks snob, a veteran reality TV junkie, an introverted empath, and a true blue Spelman College alumna 💙. Music and movies make my world go 'round, so you may find me grooving in Publix aisles to one-hit wonders, getting comfy in an AMC recliner, or getting my Ticketmaster QR code scanned at a Benz or State Farm show.

My day jobs for nearly 20 years have consisted of scanning tens of thousands of resumes and finding, hiring, supporting, and developing blue and white-collar talent. There are still few things better than the glee of someone I’m making a job offer to or the hug and happy Slacks we exchange on their first day of work. It’s seriously the best. But when I’m off the clock, I get to do what really sets my heart afire – demystify the job hunt for go-getters. I help them stand out in all the right ways, with resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interviews that give them a leg up. For my young aspirants, I offer tools and tips to help identify a purposeful college major or career path, avoid some of those early career pitfalls, and make intentional choices that pave the way for a life of options and opportunities.
