AI platform in San Francisco

Peregrine's full-stack AI platform turns fragmented data into operational clarity, helping mission-critical organizations make better decisions, faster. Founded in San Francisco in 2018 by Nick Noone and Ben Rudolph, Peregrine connects information organizations already have across disconnected systems, teams, and formats into a single operational view.

Peregrine's forward-deployed engineers embed directly with the teams it serves. They learn each organization's mission, workflows, and constraints, then build the deployment around that reality. The platform integrates structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from any source and any scale into a single, continuously updated foundation. Personnel across the organization, from leadership to frontline operators, work from that same shared, real-time view.

Peregrine's platform runs on role-based access controls, immutable audit logs, and governance built in from day one to protect privacy and civil liberties by design. Organizations retain full ownership of their data and control access through granular, role-based permissions. Every action is logged, showing exactly who accessed what, when, and why, and critical decisions stay in the hands of the people making them.

Peregrine has more than 450 employees across offices in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., New York City, Toronto, and London. The company supports more than 400 organizations across North America serving roughly 125 million people, a customer base that has doubled over the past year, and continues to expand across state, local, and federal government, enterprise, and international markets. Peregrine is also launching commercial pilots in financial services and travel.

Peregrine has raised more than $470 million to date, including a $30 million Series B in 2024, a $190 million Series C in 2025 at a $2.5 billion valuation, and a $250 million Series D in June 2026 at a $6.8 billion valuation, backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Fifth Down Capital, OG Venture Partners, Goldcrest Capital, XYZ Ventures, and Godfrey Capital.

Peregrine believes better institutions build better communities: when critical organizations make better decisions, the people and places they serve become safer, stronger, and more prosperous.
