I was a Senior Agent for PayPal, it is an online payment processing company.
I answer product related questions coming from customer service agents, I provide talking points, I provide updates and I make sure that the agents are equipped before they take on the day’s work. I take escalated calls and other cases that need special attention. I make sure that the agent‘s are empowered and well supervised to help them meet their metrics. I evaluate calls to make sure that constructive feedback will be provided to frontline agents. I was with PayPal for almost 5 years.

I went on to join At&t. As a senior Process Associate for AT&T UVerse, I provide back office assistance for callers calling in to ask for assistance from other departments (billing, sales, Tier 1, Tier 2, etc). We explain procedures, policies and provide thorough assistance to the calling party. I educate, provide techniques and talking points to help a representative in getting through a challenging call or a challenging situation. I was with Uverse for more than 2 years.

I am currently a part of VinAudit's customer service team. I joined the company March of 2014.
