Dr. Carlos Jr. Perez is a business educator, academic leader, and consultant currently based in Cambodia, with over fourteen years of international teaching experience across Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Cambodia. He also worked at UNED (National University of Distance Education, Spain) as an Adjunct Online Lecturer in the Online Program from 2016 to 2022. He is affiliated with the American University of Phnom Penh and the National University of Management, serving as a business educator.

Throughout his career, he has served in various academic roles, including Business Professor, Lecturer, Instructor, and Dean/Program Leader at several international universities. His experience includes teaching and leading courses in Business Management, Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication, and Human Resource Management.

He is committed to promoting innovative teaching methods, critical thinking, and practical learning experiences that connect academic knowledge with real-world business practice. His professional background also includes engagement with the private sector, allowing him to bring practical business insights and leadership perspectives into the classroom.

Beyond teaching, he is passionate about corporate sustainability, poverty alleviation, and community empowerment through education.
