Gabriel Perez established Perez Project Consulting, Inc. (PPC) in April, 2007 to provide quality Program and Project Management professional consulting services. The firm’s philosophy and delivery of consulting services are based on over 29 years of project and program development and delivery experience. These efforts included Mr. Perez’s role in executive level positions at the City of San Antonio and Bexar County in managing large staffs in different disciplines, and the fiscal budgets dedicated to the development and implementation of overall operations, and capital improvement projects. All of the projects involved extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders, effective strategic planning process fundamentals, and a strong attention to details via continued reviews and assessments related to operations and delivery of projects and services. This wealth of experience has benefitted different Project Developer’s & Owners in the total program / project management of their projects by PPC to include road and bridge, utility, athletic complexes, and facility development projects.
