the crisp slap of morning air at 5:30 AM, as I take my morning run

the scent of my wife's hair as she drinks a cup of coffee before starting her day

shrimp & octopus ceviche on baked tostadas, with a glass of Chardonnay

Once upon a time my life swung from one adrenaline rush to another, filled in between with the palette of home cooked dishes in the flavor of my hometown cuisine in Veracruz, Mexico. Then, I met the love of my life, Diana. Four beautiful children followed, and life's passions came full circle: plating a delicious meal, catching the next wave, and spending every moment possible with my kids & beautiful wife.
