"I think that drive and mental strength are the factors that distinguish ordinary from extraordinary achievements. In competition, it is not the physically strongest who win, but rather the mentally strongest."

My greatest passion is helping people achieve their full potential. I have a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and I do mental training for athletes and various performers teaching them how to "use their mind to work for them rather than against them" in practice as well as in competition.
My services include: Relaxation, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Goal Setting, Visualization, Stress Control, etc. Depending on the needs I also attend athletes' practices and competitions. My Health and Exercise Psychology background also includes working with individuals who want to learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle and gain overall wellness. Those services include personal workouts, changing of negative habits and consulting about proper management of the four energies of life: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual (these are also very beneficial for athletes).
If you wonder whether or not you can benefit from mental training for performance enhancement, think about a situation from your life when you had to perform under lots of pressure (usually in front of an audience) and even though you knew you were perfectly prepared physically your performance did not go as well as it should. Clearly, our mind can alter our performance in many different ways so let me help you improve on your mental game!
About me: My second greatest passion is running. I have been running track and cross country competitively since I was 7. I ran cross country for a Division II College for four years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior. I finished Knoxville Half-Marathon in April with a PR: 1:41:32. I am currently training for the Chicago Half-Marathon in September.
