Examples of the roles that I source for are : sales, presales, developers, Database administrators, network and infrastructures, test analysts, business analysts and project managers. Being a developer, IT business owner and a sales and presales myself in the area of Java, C# and VB development for the financial sector, I understand the recruitment needs of the hiring managers simply because technical jargons are not alien to me. I have 14 years of IT experience before switching over to recruitment.
