The morning when you wake up you must to have the desire, pleasure and motivation to be ready for a new day. I think it’s the most important in a life: to like what we do.Finance is what I want to do.I like when the things are made correctly, when the rules are followed and when there is organization. Yes I am rigorous and I think it's the first quality of a good chief financial.I have played handball for 8 years and thanks to that I have develop a team spirit which is necessary when you work in a big company. There is only a collective success.Interpersonal skills are other competences indispensable for a chief financial. It's good because I like to exchange with people, to listen them and to advisor.There are a lot of other skills you must to have when you want to do this job, but in reality the principal is to want and to put the better of yourself. Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day after day.To finish, I think work is one of the most important things in our lives (after the health, of course). It's for that I am involved in my studies, in my projects. I realize it's the moment to make the difference, to make the things which will allow me to succeed in my life.The French quotation which says that we can live of love and fresh water is unreal.
