I was born in 1966 when England won the World Cup in football but that is where any interest in football stops. I prefer to walk in the great outdoors mainly in the UK in Wales and Lake District being my favorite places. I have walked some of the national trails including North Wales Path, Severn Way, Offa's Dyke, Cotswold Way, Watt's Dyke and Hadrian's Wall. I also have walked Wainwright's Coast to Coast and looking to walk it again in August/September 2014 with 3 friends.

I have recently taken up photography with a DSLR camera and use Lightroom with RAW files.

Other hobbies include running which I took up to get my weight down and have ran in 2 10K races and looking to do Birmingham half marathon in October 2014 and ran my first full marathon in Manchester in April 2015 I have Liverpool in June and York in October 2015
