Petcharnin Cowden

Petcharnin S. Cowden has made a name for herself around the world, Thailand, Singapore, Hawaii, and Canada as a successful businesswomen and humanitarian. Cowden started her own business at a young age and by 24 years old she was running several successful businesses of her own and in an executive position at a major Fortune 500 Company.

Cowden graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University-Hawaii with a double major in International Cultural Studies-Communications and Theatre-Directing in 2006. She recently became a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society due to her high academic achievement with Aspen University’s MBA program.

Cowden has been very much involved in the Entertainment Business throughout her life. Her experience has included video hosting on MTV Asia, working in the music industry with Grammy Music Thailand, organizing promotional concerts for Hard Rock Hotel, planning media coverage for the ASEAN Summit 2009, and project managing an International Film Festival in Bangkok featuring Hollywood guests, Seth Rogen, Rob Schneider, and others.

Cowden’s passion for non-profit organizations has helped her raise over a million dollars for charity. Her work has included building houses for the Hill Tribe people of Thailand with the Jimmy Carter project, Habitat for Humanities, as well as fundraising and serving as Executive Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Bonnyville, Canada. In 2011 Cowden was nominated for the Star of Alberta Award by the Government of Alberta due to the tremendous amount of volunteer work that she put into her community. That same year she also co-founded The Chris & Pat Cowden Fund, a scholarship for Métis students within her community.
