I endeavour to help people become more effective communicators. Little by little, day by day, and using an approach that suits the individual. I strive to offer the best personalised communication, English, and business skills training that I can.

Over the past seven years, I have presented courses and workshops at over 50 companies and organisations in Germany, Spain and South Africa. I am a regular attendee at communication and business English conferences across Europe and online. Most recently, I gave a paper on graphical and descriptive representations of communicative competence at the 2014 IATEFL BESIG Summer Symposium in Graz, Austria.

I am a member of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) and its business English special interest group (BESIG). As a member of BESIG's online team, I assist with the management and delivery of the group's symposium and conference simulcasts, social media (NING, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and online events (the bi-annual online conference, monthly weekend workshops, webinars, etc.).
