• Education: Pete is currently studying a City and Guilds in ICT System Support Advanced Level 3.
• Pete has also been self-learning in 'social media' after building a big on-line presence via twitter, facebook, tumblr and blogger it has made him the complete front page of Google. This means Pete's sites get a lot of hits.
• Media: Pete has been volunteering for 5 years now, this includes volunteering at his local radio station doing two mainstream shows, The Instant Radio Mix which broadcast 6-8PM on a Friday evening InstantRadioMix.co.uk and also The Community Show which broadcast 12-2PM on a Sunday TheCommunityShow.co.uk.
• In the last year Pete has taken on the responsibility of doing 'special' station shows, including a 5 hour Christmas day show, best of the year show and 'How to Get into Radio' Interviewing people in the radio industry. Also Pete has been involved in presenting and managing all the Outside Broadcasting events.
• Pete is also a station technician; this could include anything from helping build new studios all the way though to making drinks(A great talent to have).
• Projects: 1, Pete setup a Tech help system early last year with his On-line PA Ben Griffin, TechHelp 24/7 has now taken off and as a result of this Pete has took more of a behind the scenes role and the site is run by 7 other people. 2, Pete is involved in a new social media adventure where a company is trying to make twitter / facebok work for small companies and help them grow online. 3, Recently Pete has also been doing some shows for some online stations if you search google you will find them.
