I am a lover :) I am also the founder of the band Myztery (started in 2005 in Vancouver, BC, Canada). My amazing wife Cyndie is also in the band and she sings and plays keyboards, percussion, etc. I sing and play various instruments: acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, violin, various harps, keyboards, viola, and various wind instruments.

I was born in Vancouver, BC on September 28, 1962 at Vancouver General Hospital, the youngest of five children: Allan, Don, Lorraine, David and moi. My parents are Dr. and Mrs. Leslie and Freda Mason. The first instrumet I learned was drums when I was about three years old. Then I plunked away on a baby grand piano and eventually made my way to the guitar.

I've played in various bands over the years, including Fantasy (elementary school band), No Name Band (aka RUSH 2112 band), Tom Foolery, Roxcity, Quantum Leap, Tyranny and then I formed my solo act "The Pete Mason Band." Finally, in 2004 I began the band "The Mysteries," only to be renamed "Myztery" in 2005. I love music. I love people. I love the Source of all love, who is the Great Lover, aka God :)

My hobbies include photography, juggling, gardening, acrylic painting (mainly abstract), exploring, hiking, skiing, tennis, ping pong, the board game "Battle of the Sexes" (I enjoy winning ;) and learning more about how to have better health in mind, body and spirit, including massage, music therapy, aromatherapy, exercise, nutrition, laughter and having fun with friends :)
