Pete Molenaar

After 16 years with Machinehandel P. van Dijk bv, a company importing machinery for the Graphic Industry into the Netherlands, I joined Fico bv, (today a subsidiary of BE Semiconductor industries N.V.), as marketing communication manager in which I was active for 18 years, building up my expertise on Semiconductor Packaging.
In 2002, after early retirement, I formed my own company Pete Molenaar Marketing Communication and Public Relations.
My activities today focus on the things I always liked best. My interest in people, their history and culture, has made my ability to deal with people not only an asset but also a pleasure. Using my experience and huge network specifically in the USA and China, I am involved in a number of activities to the benefit of my customers, the people involved and my personal satisfaction.

In 2006 I became European representative for Adga Trading Chengdu Co. Ltd. Adga is a Dutch/Chinese J-V company operating from Chengdu, China.

In 2008 I joined Boxyl Technology B.V. as (part time) Marketing Manager. Boxyl® is a man- and environment friendly product for reduction of organic and bacteriological pollution, especially in the food processing and drinkwater industry

In 2010 I joined TOWA Europe as Marketing Manager on a part-time basis. The TOWA Corporation of Japan was founded in 1979, The company's core competence lies in high-precision transfer and compression molding related technologies. TOWA, as an Equipment Manufacturer has created a unique equipment platform for the encapsulation of IC´s, 3D IC’s, Sensors, MEMS, Electronics modules etc., from pilot line to mass production equipment. Also the LED manufacturing technology for devices for f.i. interior lights, Flat Panel Display Backlight for TV and for Automobile applications has been part of The TOWA equipment portfolio. In 2004 TOWA Europe has been established to serve the many European customers. Since then TOWA Europe GmbH has played a leading role in the development of new products by European companies.
