Pete Newman

Thinking of things to say about yourself should never be easy. If it is, you've probably spent a little too much time being overly critical or self-appraising in the proverbial mirror. As a salesman however, let's just say I'm not short of a few lines - and (to the amazement of all my friends who read this) I'll keep them brief, and as interesting as possible... I'm 24, and loving life. I have 6 guitars and a burning hatred of how well John Mayer can play the instrument. I once played Danny in my college production of Grease, and have had an infatuation with worryingly-stiff collars ever since... If you put a golf club in my right hand, and a beer in the other, I'll love you forever. If you speak during the TV program I'm watching, I'll throw water on you. Then apologise. I'm the Head of Partnerships for Found, a fantastic performance marketing agency based in London, UK. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this team - it's far smaller than my previous company in terms of people-size, but my God it makes up for it in punch, drive and personality. I've always loved coming to work in this industry, but this is a new high! Ambition is a term thrown around lightly nowadays, so I'm not going to talk about it. But what I will say is this - for some (probably hugely misguided) reason I've always felt, innately, that I want to give something back in life - to be genuinely useful to this big rotating mass that decided to offer me a home. When that becomes a bit clearer, and I've stopped drinking too much red wine, I might write about it... Cheers for visiting my page and feel free to drop me an email. Pete
