I am a Manager For ISS in New Zealand.

I require assistance from you wise people out there to solve a vexing problem.

We find it impossibly difficult to pick up white bone, cartilage and animal fat residues on white surfaces like cutting boards and conveyor belts.

I was wondering if these appear flourescent or change colour under Black Light. (or indeed another suggestion)
