Peter Bubel is a man who wears many hats. He is a manager, an affordable housing advocate, a mentor, and a proud father of two. He attended Penn State University and St. Joseph’s University, where he earned both a Master’s degree in management and his MBA in finance.

Over the course of his career, Peter has lived in Allentown, Philadelphia, and Reading, where he's lived and worked for the past 25 years. Over this time, Peter has grown to know his community while working to maintain its high standards for both education and entrepreneurship. In 1989, Peter Bubel purchased his first property and founded the property management company PANA Rentals (the name is an acronym based off the first letter of each family member’s name). As one of the managing members, Peter helps to guide people through each step of the rental process. He currently owns and manages 50 to 100 properties in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Through his work, Peter Bubel helps property managers market their real estate and find suitable tenants. He takes great pride in his company’s ability to help anyone and is always willing to go the extra mile for his tenants and other property owners. Peter understands that each rental is unique, and the services he offers through PANA Rentals include showing properties, negotiating terms, helping owners manage their finances, and many more.

Peter Bubel advocates local, affordable housing, low-income housing and student housing, has served on several housing coalitions and committees, and actively participates in local initiatives.

Outside of work, Peter is highly involved in his community. As a man of faith, he works with and within the budgeting and stewardship committees of his local church, St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in West Lawn, Pa. Peter Bubel served as past president and current vice president of Reading-Berks Habitat for Humanity which, under his guidance, was able to complete construction on over 30 low-income houses. He has also served on the board of Goodwill Industries of the Keystone Area. Presently, he volunteers at the Reading Public Museum, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Children’s Home of Reading.

Peter Bubel is also passionate about fitness and stays active by playing sports, namely golf and his weekly tennis matches. He loves to travel when he can, both locally and to other parts of the country.
