Worked in Fintech for the past 25 years, currently consulting and enjoying the independence that brings.

I am very mindful that I am blessed with a loving family, good health and have managed to become relatively financially secure. I have a keen interest in keeping healthy and fit (ish!), and enjoy going to the gym regularly, playing social tennis, good food, wine, coffee and the company of people who are fond of life and don’t take themselves too seriously.

When I travel I like to explore new places and cultures, expanding my experience of the world in all it’s forms. Learning is a passion of mine and while I enjoy a well honed novel I love expanding my knowledge and many of the books I read are fact based: business, leadership, finance, human behaviour, science, technology and art are some of the subjects I enjoy learning about.

I am rubbish at small talk but do enjoy a good debate with well informed, inquisitive people who are as happy listening as talking and appreciate my dry sense of humour! Typical INTJ
