My passion is to Empower Corporate Mavericks. Corporate Mavericks are the ones in an organization who have the guts to stand up for their vision and beliefs and are true to helping the organization change for the better. I help them get empowered and help building collaborations so they can imbed their unique gifts and talents resulting in a more vital and resilient organization in a more beautiful world.
Facilitate Collaboration between Management & Mavericks for Collective Impact
To help Mavericks realize real impact, I facilitate the dialogue and collaboration between management and mavericks. By organizing the right inspiration, support and environment, mavericks will be recognized as a serious partner and will be invited to join the dialogue with management. Because only by forming an empowering collaboration, management and mavericks together can create valuable, meaningful and collective impact. This process is about true personal development, true leadership and sincere collaboration: the human side of innovation.

Aikido, Tango, Photography and playful little dances. Triggering people into being themselves. People speaking from their heart. Beautiful or hideous art. Dance performances. being silent in nature. traveling, meeting people and working together.
