I am living with my partner of 11 years on the edge of Salisbury Plain and previously lived on my Narrow Boat based on the Kennet and Avon Canal for 18 months. Living on the canal is an interesting life but perhaps not suited to people who like to have a lot of possessions! My Partner and I continue to look forward to weekends cruising the Kennet and Avon canal.
I enjoy music of all sorts but predominantly Blues Music performed ‘Live’. I am also a guitarist and singer with my musical abilities extending to occasional public performances.
In addition I enjoy reading ‘Thriller/spy/adventure/historical’ novels. My current authors of choice are Lee Child & Michael Connelly. Having read most of their novels I shall soon need to cast around for another author!
I have a 43 year old daughter from a previous marriage who lives and works in Germany. She and her husband often spend summer holidays with me in England.

I retired in 2017 and continue to read and play music. in addition I enjoy travelling in my Motorhome
