I am a creative, open minded person with excellent relationship building and maintaining, good negotiation, presuasion, problem solving and presentation skills.I have been working since 14 years in Procurement area, where 9+ years were spent in Strategic Sourcing both Direct (Raws and Packings) and Indirect Categories (Facility Management, HR, CAPEX, MRO) by international companies mainly in FMCG industry.During these years I have learnt a lot about international business cultures, Procurement/Sourcing, Project Management, Supplier Relationship maintenance and development, cost reduction techniques, tendering, RFI, RFQ process, Buying activities with TCO view and ensure high ROI, setting up KPI’s and define SLA in Indirect Areas to ensure prime quality services deliverd by supplier, etc.. All of these experiences I would like to utilize in the future and help out companies to achieve outstanding result, deliver targets more effectively in a realistic timeframe.
