I am currently the Country Manager for McCall Singapore who are a highly respected Rec to Rec agency. With over 21 years of experience McCall's add huge value to many of the world's largest & smallest recruitment firms worldwide by finding the best talent in the market. I am also a regular blogger on recruitment trends in Asia for the Global Recruiter magazine.

I am originally from Linlithgow in Scotland and I am a keen footballer and golfer, currently I play for the St Andrew’s Football Club in Singapore which is not easy in 30 degree heat. When I am home in Scotland I try to play as much golf as I can and I am a current Links Trust card holder and a member of the New Club in St Andrews & Linlithgow Golf Club.
