Mr. Peter Sang is a graduate of Poona University with a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management -M.A Degree in (HRM), under Graduate Degree in Public Administration - BA (Hons); Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.

He is a member of Kenya Institute of Management and Institute of Personnel Management.

He has over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management, Capacity Building, Program Management, Human Rights Issues and General Management in the Public Service, University and NGO sectors.

He is practicing Social worker giving services to a children's home on volunteer basis.
He has attended several courses that has enriched professional career. Good in interpersonal skills, Integrity, Christian beliefs and practice. Excellent computer use in MS Word, Power point, Excel and Internet.

He has widely travelled to many countries including India, Europe and USA.

In NOV.2008 to August 2009 he was appointed Human Resource Consultant with GOK to Revive the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya-PBK. He developed and recommended plans and strategies for revival of Pyrethrum Industry. He also developed and created a lean and viable Pyrethrum Board of Kenya. He presented a new and viable organization structure, staff levels, guided retrenchment of staff, and recruitment of new and key positions, and also updated PBK Human resource Manuals.
