I am a highly active and dynamic individual with a passion for work and play with a "kaison" spirit. I live for the challenge of self-improvement that permeates every area of my life.

I find my work extremely rewarding. I love the challenge of working with others to build a road into the unknown with unique concepts and effective (dare I say sophisticated) solutions and the reward of helping others unlock their potential along the way. There is always something for us all to learn.

From a professional perspective, I am a creative problem developer and solver, change catalyst and resourceful, results oriented professional with over 15 years experience with a strong track record in Digital Marketing, Business Development, Brand Management and Strategic Integration.

Over the last 14 plus years I have built a career in the exciting, fast-paced and ever-evolving world of Online Education for a privately held company that provides business development, technology, operations, sales and cutting-edge marketing solutions for some of the nation's top universities and other institutions and organizations.

During this time I have been directly responsible for the launch and management of over 60 online programs with 7 university partners as well as the development of new business models, divisions and departments, playing a significant role in the evolution of company strategies, structure, systems, business processes and culture.

If you don't find me in sunny Florida exercising and enjoying the warm weather, I will probably be out West either climbing up or barreling down a high peak on a snowboard, mountain bike, my feet and/or my head.
