Peter Behnk is a current student at Virginia Tech studying Civil Engineering. He hopes to pursue his interest in structures following graduation in the spring of 2016. He has worked for the New York State Department of Transportation the past two summers doing material testing and construction site inspections. He continues to strive to become an expert in his field and wishes to continue his education into graduate school. After gaining a few years of work experience he wishes to take the PE exam and become a professional engineer so that he can design his own infrastructures.
