Peter Collori

An experienced professional, Peter Collori, MD, serves as an attending psychiatrist with his private practice in Honolulu. The doctor and therapist also holds an assistant clinical professorship of psychiatry at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Previously, Dr. Peter Collori taught as a member of the adjunct clinical faculty for Honolulu’s Argosy University, where he lectured students on psychopharmacology.

Dr. Peter Collori began preparing for his career as a student at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where he earned a bachelor of arts in mammalian physiology. After pursuing the study of philosophy for a time, he decided to attend medical school and gained acceptance to the Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Collori continued his education with a residency in psychiatry in Honolulu before undergoing additional training with two noted psychologists in Hawaii. To further the goals of his practice, he is currently studying group relations and organization consulting.

When not attending to his many professional responsibilities, Peter Collori, MD, engages in a range of civic-minded activities. He volunteers as the director of the therapeutic relationships and psychotherapy seminar at the University of Hawaii and conducts workshops on meditation.
