Head of Operations for a premium food company with several sites across London, located in busy Mainline / International train stations and Conference / Exhibition centres.

I am a customer focused, analytical and strategic planner with 15+ years experience of running operations across multiple sites in the Hospitality Industry including, Holiday Resorts, London Hotels, Restaurants and food outlets.

My personal career plan has always been to find a challenging and rewarding position in a company that will utilise my skills, training and experience while facilitating career advancement.
